Meet Sam Mansour

Sam Mansour has resided in the Seattle area since 1990 and has been in real estate since 2003. Before getting his Real Estate license he worked as a sales manager for an accounting software company.

Sam specializes in Residential homes and Relocation clients in the north-end and eastside including Seattle, Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, Woodinville, Shoreline, Edmonds, Mukilteo, Lynnwood, Brier, Bothell, Mill Creek, Everett and Lake Stevens.

Sam’s reputation for exceeding his client’s expectations, honest representation, and extensive market knowledge have made him one of the top rated agents in Washington state. Helping a client find their dream home is what Sam loves most about his job. When Sam talks to clients, he is guided by honesty and integrity, and he approaches every transaction with an open mind, giving both honest and objective advice.

Sam joined John L. Scott in 2003 because he’s passionate about working for a company that is as equally focused on contributing to the community as the bottom line. He is grateful for the work that the John L. Scott Foundation does for children’s hospitals across the state and feels especially connected to the cause — his son was treated at Seattle Children’s Hospital for 10 years and he greatly admires the work of the dedicated and caring staff there. Once a year he gives back an entire commission on a transaction to a client that needs it. The Mansour Team also gives back a portion of their income to the John L. Scott Foundation on every transaction.

In his free time, Sam enjoys soccer, biking, traveling, reading, and most of all, spending time with his family.

 

 

Meet Samantha Ratliff

Samantha Ratliff has worked in the Real Estate industry since 2007 and has been a broker with The Mansour Team at John L. Scott since 2017. She has been a Relocation specialist since 2018 and greatly enjoys introducing out-of-state clients to the incomparable beauty of the Greater Puget Sound region. As a long-time resident of the Seattle area, Samantha is intimately familiar with the many communities and neighborhoods that make up the region and can provide a wealth of information to assist clients in both their home selling and buying experiences. Whether it be the area's school districts, parks, recreational activities, dining and shopping experiences, the hottest spots for world class entertainment, or tips on where to see the best Pacific Northwest sunsets, Samantha has you covered.

Samantha greatly enjoys working with first-time home buyers, especially assisting those buyers who never thought home ownership would be a possibility; the excitement when they receive the keys to their new home is palpable. Prior to working as a real estate Managing Broker, she also worked in marketing and loves using those skills to help sellers list their home in the best possible light, ensuring a smooth and successful listing experience from beginning to end. She prides herself on utmost attention to detail and always having an open ear and open mind to competently put together a strategy to accomplish her client’s real estate goals.

In Samantha's free time, she enjoys traveling with her family, hiking Washington’s many beautiful trails, reading with her book club, and comparing ramen restaurants in the Seattle area with her fellow ramen-loving friends.

 

 

 

Meet Mike Baskett

Mike brings a wealth of experience to the real estate market. With 20 years of hands-on experience, he's navigated the complexities of buying, selling, investing, and managing properties, providing him with a well-rounded and insightful understanding of the entire real estate process. This depth of experience allows him to offer clients a unique perspective and informed guidance.

Specializing in Snohomish and King Counties, Mike possesses an intimate knowledge of these communities and their surrounding markets, having lived in the Silver Lake, Mill Creek, and Mukilteo areas for nearly 20 years. He provides clients with the support and expertise they need throughout their real estate journey, whether they are buying or selling. He leverages data and analytics, including up-to-date statistics for neighborhoods across the greater Seattle area, to ensure clients receive accurate market assessments and make well-informed decisions. His focus on effective communication and skilled negotiation further enhances the client experience.

In his free time, Mike enjoys DJing, something he's done for the last 20 years, playing guitar, movie nights with his family (a nightly occurrence), and traveling when time allows. Mike approaches his real estate practice with the same dedication and attention to detail that he applies in all aspects of his life.

 

 

Meet Ali Mansour

Ali Mansour was born and raised in Seattle, Washington, and has a deep connection to the community he serves. Before transitioning into real estate, he attended law school and worked as a law clerk, giving him a comprehensive understanding of contracts and client representation.

Beginning his real estate career in 2024, Ali specializes in residential properties and primarily serves North King County and Snohomish County. His dedication to honesty, integrity, punctuality, and upholding the rights of his clients guides his approach to every transaction. Ali finds great fulfillment in helping clients achieve their dreams of homeownership.

Ali chose John L. Scott because of the company’s commitment to community impact. He feels especially connected to the John L. Scott Foundation, which raises funds for children’s healthcare. Having experienced the importance of healthcare firsthand due to his own journey with Crohn’s Disease, Ali is passionate about supporting this vital cause.

In his free time, Ali enjoys playing pickleball, teaching chess, and perusing new restaurants in the area!
