As a John L. Scott broker, my mission is transactional excellence and client satisfaction. That means I work tirelessly to make your home buying or selling process as efficient, stress-free and lucrative for you as possible.

Meet Sam

Sam Mansour has been in real estate for the last 15 years. Before getting his license he worked as a sales manager for an accounting software company.

Sam specializes in single family homes and relocation buyers in the North-end, including north Seattle, Shoreline, Edmonds, Mukilteo, Lynnwood, Brier, Bothell, Mill Creek, Everett and Lake Stevens. He also works on the Eastside, serving clients in Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland and Woodinville.

Helping a client find their dream home is what Sam loves most about his job. When he talks to clients he is guided by honesty and integrity and he approaches every transaction with an open mind, giving both honest and objective advice.

Sam joined John L. Scott because he’s passionate about working for a company that is as equally focused on contributing to the community as the bottom line. He is grateful for the work that the John L. Scott Foundation does for children’s hospitals across the state and feels especially connected to the cause — his son was treated at Seattle Children’s Hospital for 10 years and he greatly admires the work of the dedicated and caring staff there. Once a year he gives back an entire commission on a transaction to a client that needs it.

In his free time Sam enjoys soccer, biking, traveling, reading, and most of all, spending time with his family.

Kirkland

On the northeast shore of Lake Washington sits Kirkland, a city known for its public art, waterfront parks, and warm community spirit. Many residents chose Kirkland for its high-performing schools. Juanita High School is a perennial sports powerhouse. Lake Washington High School is renowned for both academics and its performing arts programs. Even Kirkland residents who don’t have kids see the benefit of elevated property values thanks to these sought-after schools. Kirkland is home to a bustling parks system. There’s beach swimming at Juanita Bay Park and boating at Marina Park, and access to the Bridle Trail State Park and playgrounds and sports facilities in every neighborhood. There is always a reason to get outside and enjoy the temperate Pacific Northwest weather. With Woodinville Wine Country bordering us to the east, world-class Washington wines are featured at many of our local restaurants. And with fresh ingredients grown nearby, the award-winning chefs at those restaurants create fresh, culinary delights. Whether you come for the food and wine, waterfront activities, the art that abounds throughout town, or some of the friendliest people you’ll ever meet, Kirkland is sure to charm you. If you’d like to learn more about Kirkland, let us know. We’d love to show you around and help you find your perfect home.

“Sam is the best real estate agent I ever worked with. Sam is knowledgeable, sincere, proactive, and very experience. When you work with Sam you feel that your interests are his top priority. I worked with Sam both as a buying agent and as a listing agent. In both cases the result was great, and experience very pleasant. Sam fully employs the latest technology, he is on top of market trends, and his approach is very logical. In addition, Sam has a great team, his associates are great professionals, and so you always have 24/7 support for your real estate needs. I highly recommend Sam.”

Sam helped me to locate a home for my parents who were moving from out of state. Throughout the entire process, Sam was energetic, efficient, and thoroughly professional. He was also very helpful in negotiating the purchase in a tough market. I would highly recommend Sam without reservation.
